Carreteres Secundaries 56 Blues & Soul (22-11-2012)

Chapter 56 of the program Carreteres Secundaries, plunges in Blues and Soul sounds. We started from the hand of the Asturian Blues & Decker, an electric blues supergroup we had the chance to see live Valleys recently, and if you drive looks good, do not say anything about their overcrowded concert.

We also the Americans Budos Band, with their third album, a magnificent Afro Soul band that is essential listening.

And we will complete with Charles Walker & The Dynamites, a delicacy that recently passed by the Casino de Gijón, and we were lucky to live taste.

El capítulo 56 del programa Carreteres Secundaries, se mete de lleno en los sonidos Blues y Soul. Empezamos de la mano de los asturianos Blues & Decker, un supergrupo de blues eléctrico que tuvimos la ocasión de ver en directo hace poco en Valles, y que si el disco os parece bueno, no os digo nada de sus desbordantes conciertos.

Rockin' Arnedo

Hi all! We have prepared a big program for this week! Fernando Vega Rodriguez Alias ​​"Veguita" was with us "in person" in the study, barricaded with fanzines, cassette demos, underground recordings and anecdotes by a tube. This need to talk about that wonderful love story punk that Social Center Self-managed "CSA LA CUESTA" in Arnedo (La Rioja).

Veguita chaos has flooded Nava radio studio, but thanks to their good work, and the help of Diego Rodríguez (the big boss) failed to gasoline mixed with fire, and luckily we still have radio.

¡Hola a todos! ¡Menudo programón que tenemos preparado para esta semana! E ste fin de semana Fernando Vega Rodriguez Alias "Veguita" estuvo con nosotros "in person" en el estudio, parapetado con fanzines, maketas en casete, grabaciones underground y anecdotas por un tubo. Todo ello necesario para hablar de aquella maravillosa historia de amor punk, que fue el Centro Social Autogestionado "C.S.A. LA CUESTA" en Arnedo (La Rioja).
Un lokal que funcionó durante seis magníficos años (2000-2006) y por el que pasaron más de 200 grupos en directo, entre ellos los asturianos APRIETA'L KULO y DESAKATO. Además de generar en torno suyo una retahila de fanzines, grupos y sentimiento crítico que podríamos denominar ROCKIN' ARNEDO.donde aparecen grupos como: Perdedores, Los Rubios, Sargento Pletina, Los orgánicos, Pupas de Viejo, Mundo Rural, Antibióticos y muchos más.
Veguita inundó de kaos el estudio de Radio Nava, pero gracias a su buen hacer y a la ayuda de Diego Rodríguez Ordóñez (el gran jefe) la gasolina no llegó a mezclarse con el fuego, y por suerte seguimos teniendo radio.
Por si fuera poco, hubo conexión telefónica a Javier Vega "Vegón" que aportó datos, fechas y humor, además de actitud rockeraen este programa emitido en Radio Nava este jueves 15 de Noviembre de 2012 y que se podrá descargar de forma directa y gratuita desde aquí.

  En el programa de hoy nos movemos por el rock n' roll salvaje y bastardo. Arrancamos con el singular Screaming Jay Hawkins, seguimos con el mortifero Screaming Lord Sutch, nos acercamos al contundente blues de R.L. Burnside, continuamos con el rockabilly country de Mississipi Mudsharks, y los sonidos primigenios de Billy Childish. 

Como el programa no se detiene, tienen cabida los psicobilly Flat Duo Jets, los garaje punk The Gories, y el Blues rock de Ten Years After. No podía faltar el inigualable Hasil Adkins, los sonidos Soul punk de King Salami & The Cumberland Three, para acabar con los míticos Dead Kennedys.
